Let’s begin to incorporate ideas that repeat successes not perpetuate systems that cause failure. That’s what Truth is, repeatable suc- cess. To this end, here is the truth about Black households, couples and marriage. Marriage is the foundation of the institution of family and it is governed by specific rules. When two people agree to be governed by the same rules then the outcome of such agreeing is unity. Therefore, unity is the goal and it starts and ends with a commitment to live by the same rules.
