Genesis 1:1-3
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. 3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. In the beginning…! What a way to begin the bible. I often ask people what chapter one of the book of Genesis is all about and the answer is always that Genesis chapter one is about creation. But looking critically at this chapter, we can see that it is not about creation, it is about the Creator. The primary purpose of the book of Genesis is to (more…)

Philippians 4:6-7 says, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs and don’t forget to thank Him for His answers. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand.” TLB.

I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.”

Galatians 3:13-14
13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”) that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Redeemed means God has already done it; He’s not going to do it because He’s already done it. Why has God not delivered me? He’s not going to do it because God has already done it. Why has God not healed me? He’s not going to do it because God has already done it. You were not just saved the year (more…)
